Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved especially for you. I understand schedules adjustments are sometimes necessary. I request at least a 24 hour notice for cancelations. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice , I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with clients on the waitlist. Cancelation policy allows time to inform standby clients of any availability. No shows will be charged 100% of appointment booked. Less than 24 hour cancellations will be charged 50%
